Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your item ships.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 7-12 business days

International: 10-20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control such as weather custom delays, or carrier issues.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor the delivery of your package. 

Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Lost or Stolen Packages

So So Serene is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are lost or stolen after delivery. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
