Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer FREE U.S. shipping on all orders of $75 or more.


Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States.

Returns & Store Credit

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • Returned in the original packaging whenever possible
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once your return is received and inspected, you'll receive store credit for the approved return amount. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.


Do you offer refunds?

No. So So Serene does not offer cash or credit card refunds.

Approved returns are issued as store credit only, which can be used toward any future purchase on our website.


How will I receive my store credit?

Once your return has been approved, we'll email you a So So Serene Store Credit in the form of a digital gift card. Store credit can be applied during checkout and does not expire.


Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.

If your order has already shipped, it will be subject to our Store Credit Return Policy.


What if my item arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We'll review your request and work with you to make it right.


Are any items final sale?

For health, hygiene, clearance, seasonal, personalized, or customized items, all sales are final and cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
